Since you've been doing this job it's already on your resume. The standard I use for whether something pays enough is: If someone told me that they had a $50 bill (or whatever amount the gig pays) waiting for me and all I have to do is drive there to pick it up, would I do it? If I wouldn't then the gig doesn't pay enough in cash. I realized this in college when I drove eight hours round trip and had to stay over night in a home stay for a $100 gig that had no value in terms of experience. If the gig doesn't pay enough in cash, then it has to have enough value in experience, and it doesn't sound like it does is the case.
