From a repairman and a players perspective, the oil down the leadpipe doesn't do a thing for you. Blow on the horn a little while and the oil blows through. A little heavier oil on the springs; key oil, baby oil, mineral oil, 30W motor oil, and the same heavier oil on the bearing surfaces - both ends of the rotors. Almost any woodwind key oil will work, there is a Hetman oil, a SuperSlick Key Oil, and others.

Don't play outside very often and you won't have to worry about the oils getting gummy. Dirt is not your friend.
