Try an experiment for me. Push down the valve combination you use for that note and then just blow air through your horn and without buzzing. Is there a lot of resistance when you do that? What about when you blow through the horn to empty the spit out of it through the spit valve? Any resistance? If not you are building too much resistance into your embochure and you need to relax more and just blow through the horn as though you were blowing he spit out the water key. Try this and see if it makes a difference.
