Lean the horn forward periodically, so the water may run down the leadpipe, and later exit through the water-key. If the habit won't hinder your playing too much, this should clear the problem up.
OR
Are you a short person like me? You could try either lowering the horn (w/ a stand) or raising yourself (phone book, etc) so that you can get the horn at the proper slightly-forward leaning angle.
