Forgive me for forgetting which book these are printed in, but I can explain them briefly until someone who knows where they are can post.

For example, let's say F major for simplicity...

Starting on the F lower octave:
F-G-F-E(below)-F-A-C-E-F, then descending, starting on the upper F: F-G(above)-F-E-F-D-C-A-F
OR
Scale degrees:
1-2-1-7-1-3-5-7-1 / 1-2-1-7-1-6-5-3-1

And the same for each key.
On paper they start at C two lines below the staff, proceed up by half step, then down by half step from C, and this alternates. so in other words, the keys would prceed as follows: C, D-flat, B, D, B-flat, E-flat, etc...

Hope this makes some sense. Sorry I couldn't be of more help! I just can't remember where they are, despite having heard it so many times!
