One poster a few days ago (*lucky* is his nom-de-plume) mentioned use of the Jacobs arpeggio studie(s).

Are these exercises in a method book somewhere, or are these passed on more in the form of penciled manuscripts from teacher to student? I am interested in discovering a lot of the real Fundamental stuff that I believe I missed over the years. The teachers I've had have, for the most part, worked me in whatever books I had on hand.

While at it, Are any of the famed Bobo exercises found in his "Mastering the Tuba" book?

While playing melodious Bordogni etudes or the technical stuff like Kopprasch is great, I've recently discovered the benefits of the fundamental brass "bible" studies like the Arban's. I've realized that my fundamentals are not what they oughta be.

I guess I'm looking to work my fundamentals with some fresh material, by tubists.
