Alex Hurst's winning throw at Tubamania in Sydney 1999 was officially around 15m. Therefore, I'd have to say that no world records have been broken in Finland.
So, we Aussies are world champs at Cricket, Rugby Union, Rugby League, Pole Vault, Swimming, a heap of other things and now(still!) tuba tossing. Big Al is a fine product of the Australian school of tuba tossing and did us all proud!
