Two pieces come to my mind:

The flute fantasies of Telemann are wonderful. I did the same one Toby Hanks did on his Sampler album for a recital once and it was a big hit. Very nice music!

Spillman's Four Greek Preludes. These are very idiomatic and not too much of a stretch for the audience. In particular, the second and fourth movements are quite catchy and have a recognizable tune.

My opinion for what it's worth...
