You could use some Bach Cello Suites. There is a pretty accessible one in the Solos for the Tuba Player book by Wekselblatt. there are also some in the William Bell Method book. Also Malcolm Arnold's Fantasy for Tuba is nice and tuneful, not particularly easy but not way out there like some.
