The owner will be fortunate indeed if they can make that horn play well for $800. Besides the leaky valves, there are probably leaking joints all over the horn. I'd estimate at least $1,400 to disassemble the horn, do a valve job, and clean and resolder the joints. Then, for nearly the price of a new King 2341, you could have a 100-year-old horn that might play well.
