The 4th piston apparently is placed between the main tubing and the tubing of the 3rd valve slide. Somewhat similar to the way Besson Eb tubas have their 4th piston placed, which makes sense on these much larger instruments.

I have only tried the now discontinued Yamaha YEP621 once some 3 or 4 years ago. It was by far the best non-comp 3+1 euph I ever tried. Levels above the YEP321, the Weril, the Jupiter 470, and the Besson 5xx series (the latter has this sad intonation).

I have a faint memory, that the YEP621 has its 4th piston between the main branch and the 3rd slide tubing. So maybe this sadly missed Yamaha has been the "secret" inspiration for the Jupiter 570.
