I'm think you are looking for the Endsley adjustable cup mouthpiece. Go to the link below, then click on "Endsley" which will take you to the Endsley site. As I understand it, the cup depth is adjustable and you can also order the mouthpiece threaded for screw-rims that are compatible with Doug Elliott's line of rims.
