Amen. I last saw him at the ITEC get together at Fort Myer this year, and I bought a new shank for my mouthpiece. As always, he was courteous and helpful with selecting a new one. Being a businessman, I can remember in '95 when I bought the mouthpiece new from him that he sent me an extra shank, no charge, because I was unsure of what size would sound better on a mirafone I was playing at the time. That event and the quality of mouthpiece has kept me loyal to him and his product line. It is easy for me to see why he has a loyal following, and came highly recommended to me.
