If you are trying to develop technique, what is the point of buying a book because the fingerings lie well on your horn? These books are progressive methods (from beginner level exercizes to etudes that are quite advanced) that take time to complete - you are cheating yourself if you choose a method book of this sort just because it is easier. Just my 2 cents.
