Try this (it might help):
slowly (play with a legato tongue)
1.scales/etudes using Ku or Goh syllable only
2.scales/etudes with the Ku or Gu syllable on the strong parts of the beat ( 1 & 2 &) and Tu or Doh on the weak parts of the beat (e ah e ah).
3. scales/etudes with standard doubld tongue Tu-Ku or Doh-Goh.
progressively play these over and over slowly speeding up.
Don't start out trying to play too fast the time will start to lilt and the the articulations will not be clear.
