I just took these specs off various websites, like CMC and BW...
MW2145,2155,2165-
.748" - .787" (valves 1-4) 5th valve is .807"
PT3, PT4, PT6-
748" to .825" graduated bore
HB21,HB50-
.770" bore
Nirschl 4/4 (and Besson 4/4)- valves 1-3 - .750"; 4th valve - .790"; 5th valve - .825"
Nirschl 6/4- .770" bore
if the leadpipes, valve sets and bore sizes are the same (or almost the same- Nirschl), then the only difference is after the valves, right? if so, then why do the larger models cost A LOT more then the smaller ones? It's just a bit more brass and it seems like it wouldn't cost much more...
