I made the switch a year and a half ago and the hardest part was getting over what felt like a change in sound.
It takes about a month before blowing into a horn and hearing a note a whole step higher than what you expect sounds or feels normal.
Also, the 641 and 186 are both rotary horns, but that's just about where the similarities stop. They're different horns. They'll feel different, which will translate in your head as sounding different.
