1. Weril and Amati do. The German maker Glassl makes Eb sousaphones in fibre glass. 3 or 4 pistons.
2. Don't know about the Weril. If the Amati is anything like their BBb version, it is very bad. Glassl has a good general reputation, but also one of being very expensive.
