Try a Laskey 30F.
It's similar to having a Schilke Helleberg II for CC and a (little known Schilke Custom) Schilke Helleberg II "F" for F
Scott Laskey came up with these designs when he worked for Schilke and has carried them over to his own line (30H and 30F).
The rim on the 30F would be identical to the 30H. I don't know if that matters to you or not, but the only difference between them is the cup depth.
If you want a smaller diameter mouthpiece, try the 28 series.
