Compensating system for tuba?

I was looking at a description of a Besson CC tuba and it included in it "non-compensating" valve system. I use to play on a compensating euphonium, but I switched to tuba a year ago. For the horn that I play on now, I have to use non-compensating fingerings. Hypothetically, on a compensating valve system on a CC tuba, low Eb would be played with valves 2-3-4. Instead, i have to use 1-3-4 to play low Eb on my tuba so that pitch is more accurate. Have I just overlooked compensating CC tubas, or are they all non-compensating? I'm just curious.
