Incidentily, I have all the time in the world to practice. (except for mondays)
Here's what I do, i no order at all:
Mouthpiece playin ( tuba and trombone mp's)
Listening to music while reading
long tones while watching tv + in the dark
Playing from de cello suites (tuba and euph)
Playing something buy ear
Playing de pianar
Guessin tones on the pianer
That's all i ever do.
