Online forms are great when they work. Then there is the other 90% of the time when student workers forget to check the inbox . . . :)

I would contact the tuba teacher directly as well as the departmental receptionist. You may also try sending a polite email expressing your interest to the head of the band area and brass area.

Sometimes one particular area of the school has more to offer in the way of scholarships (like the band area at some schools). By contacting people from each area, you may find out about additionial financial aid. Be careful about bringing up scholarships too early in the meeting process. Many teachers get tired of students who only seem interested in asking "how much will you give me" instead of "what kind of strengths does your program offer?"
