I am thinking seafood gumbo for appetizer, a simple chef's salad, basket of unlimited warm bread, one inch thick porterhouse steak (tortillas with the steak!), Mexican Rice, FREEDOM FRIES, with a side order of lobster tail, then for dessert chocolate pie with whipped cream. I would be fine with coke to drink, or maybe some TANG! (love tang!)
