Well, if this is illegal, Ebay needs to pull about a million ads per day. I see all the time, people listing an item as "not" a certain brand, just to attract interest. Like when I typed "Ranger" in the search section looking for a Ranger boat. What I found was a 1978 Alumacraft not Ranger boat. Interesting...but, not exactly what I was after!
