However, having served on a few audition committees myself, I can tell you that the group of acquaintences usually decides BEFORE going into the store that they are looking for peanut butter cups, and steers itself into the chocolate section to narrow the search. The store might have the absolute best licorice on the planet, but the committee is looking for chocolate, and the conductor HATES licorice, so licorice will not be the purchase.
