That's a tough (and very subjective) question. Worth as a player or worth for parts? As a player, you don't have a clue unless you actually play it, as the seller seems to be barely aware that this is a tuba. As parts, probably no more than it's going for now. What it might be worth to a collector or to someone who wants one for nostalgia is anyone's guess.
My own humble opinion, of course.
