The 186 I recently bought qualified as "stuffy".When the repairman was doing some adjustments, he said he'd find out what was causing the problem. He proceeded to dump maybe a dozen steel balls down the leadpipe and shake the horn back and forth a moment. Soon the combined weight of all those steel balls pushed free--out the bell came a plastic mouthpiece pouch, followed by a dozen steel balls bouncing all over the floor! Quick, painless, cheap!Spring for a repairman to check it out!
