Bruckner 8 is the most amazing. You hsould check out the Vienna Phil Boulez recording on DG. Sometimes Bruckner 8 sounds ineffectual and long, but this performance is amazing. Also, the Mass in E minor (I think thats the one, I'm not sure) for chorus and winds is amazing. It's one of the best sacred choral works of the 19th century at least if not all time.
