The original was scored for one trombone. There is a "fully symphonized" version with a full low brass section that is quite good. I am sorry, but I am not sure if he went back later and rescored it himself or if someone else did it. In other words: Did he write that tuba part, or is it arranged? Again, I don't know.
None of my parts have ever given credit to an arranger/editor, but, then again, the Boosey band arrangements of Mars and Jupiter give no credit, either. But we all know that Holst never rearranged those pieces for concert band.
I knew the first part, and I am sure that someone will come along and fill in the rest for you.
I think that cimbasso might be kind of cool for this piece.
