I have VERY recently play tested two of their York 6/4 models with some notable New York tuba players. They are very good. They are consistent. And, if you consider that these are handmade, it is amazing. We had some other tubas to compare to, as well as 6 different players who played them. I think that they want to produce these horns, but that they just want to make absolutely sure that it will be what tubists would want. Time will tell all.
