Practicing without direction...

I play everyday for between 2 and 3 hours. I warm-up for about an hour, play etudes, excerpts, and then solos, but I don't feel like I'm going anywhere. I love to play, but I'm not exactly sure if what I'm doing is benefitting me. My warm-ups usually include lip slurs, long tones, scales, tounging, and then some Kopprasch. Is this a normal warm-up? Then, I go on to etudes--I usually play a legato etude in the three different octaves, a Blasevich for technique, and a Snedcor for my low range, but I don't feel like I'm getting much out of it. I'm just playing them until I'm satisfied and then moving onto the next one. The pattern is the same for excerpts and solos. Once I can play them well, I kinda get blocked and don't know what to work on. Any suggestions or tips on how to specify what to practice or give me more direction? Thanks
