But last night, our quintet was just starting our rehearsal and a high school when the marching band came in from their outdoor practice. Over the half the tuba players were girls, and cute girls at that. The bass drummer was a stunner. All the guys looked geeky by comparison, even the trumpet players. Perhaps this is the perspective of age, but it seems to me that band has changed.
