Meinl Weston 45-SLZ adn the new(er) Cerveny F. I forget the part number for this, but it is the one that Matt Walter's has ordered in for Dillon's and I think Lee Stofer has sold some.
The advantage, to me, of the F tubas with a good low register and rotary valves is that they sound like F tubas in the upper register. Even the little YFB-621 sounds a little thin above the staff when compared to a Meinl Weston 45-SLZ. The 45-SLP is also a very good F tuba, with piston valves, in the lower register if you find a good example.
