If you like the CB-50, it can easily be manipulated to a BBb. There is a way to lock down the 5th valve, push in the slides, and like magic, it's a Bb. I've done it several times to work with young students unsure of their fingerings, and I believe there is at least one person on the list who rigs his horn this way normally. And if you want to switch to CC fingerings, no sooner said than done. BTW, last I checked Fedderly had 3 of these used on his site, two with hard cases I believe.
