You cannot make copies to avoid purchase of music nor should you. You can make working copies of computer software because diskettes were so easily damaged. CD-ROM has problably changed this. When we listened to music on vinal audiophiles would make copies on tape. This was not done to avoid buying leagal copies. Making copies for page turns should be fine because you are not avoiding purchase of legal copies. You should destroy the copied page after you use it.
