Uncomfortable Sousaphone

Hey all,

I play a Conn Fiberglass sousaphone for Marching Band. I have not once in 3 years of playing that have beeb comfortable. I have tried with no bits, one bit, and 2 bits. Turning them every which way. My neck is always turned and it's quite painful. Could you guys tell me the proper way to hold a sousaphone, i must be doing something wrong. Also, if you have any pictures, that would be great. Please help, for i have a 6 hour rehearsal this saturday, ugh.
