Wes Jacobs Low Etudes and Low Study Exercises.
All of his low study books are excellent. They not only help you with your 5th valve (no matter what key the horn), they also aid in developing your breathing, flexibility, intonation, articulation, etc. That ultra-low work can be the best work you can do!
Also try playing Rochut (and other) etudes down two octaves (all pedal stuff).
