How much did the horn, mouthpiece, gig bag, case, music cost?
Humes and Berg metal is good at about $120, the ones made by Tennessee Tech are good ($?), TrumCor makes a good one (about $150), and there are others. Ask a few people or get advice here about a good mute and then just buy it. My opinion for what its worth.
