not a difficult modification. Ed jones used to have one that was a factory CC/BBb. I have a feeling that the 4th valve slide might be a little short, so an extention might be needed.
It won't sound as good as a factory BBb though, I might suggest you just look for another horn that would suit your needs. What kind of playing are you planning on using your horn as a BBb that a CC won't work?
