I have a small shank Bach 1G (!) Yes, there actually is such a thing. I assume it must have been a custom order (I'm not the original owner).

However, on the few instruments I've tried it on (mostly t-bones), the pitch was overall too flat & of course the higher pitches were squirrely. It just might work, on the 'right' euph, though. Personally, I would just go for the Weril leadpipe/receiver Joe spoke of. This would open the door to try lots of mouthpieces, not just hard-to-get freak ones like the Bach 1G I have.

I seem to recall seeing a note in Bach's literature mentioning custom orders. Schillke can do this as well. Ask Doug Elliot! I'm sure he has direct experience with the application you describe.
