I've seen the Bobo video. A friend of mine in Switzerland has it in her apartment. It's a documentary during his masterclass in Riva del Garda in 1993. It shows the maestro at work in group warmups and with a couple of individual students. He talks about some of his philosophies on playing and a couple of other stories. Some of the players who participated in the masterclass include Heiko Triebener, Anne-Jelle Visser, Gabor Adamic and a 15-year-old Roland Szentpali (playing the Moses Fantasy). Very interesting video.
And the really cool thing is just after that, there's another video documenting the recording of Liberation of Sisyphus for Tuba Libra. John Stevens talks about the piece and it shows the actual sessions with all the participants. Very cool stuff!
And sorry, but I don't yet know how to get any copies!
