It'd be pretty difficult, I think. After the tuning slide, the tubing makes a tight circle around the valve cluster (this is where Conn decided to take up the difference between the CC and BBb models of this horn) before it ascends into the inner bow. You would need to find space for the first slide (on the back of the horn, probably) and then figure out how to re-route the tubing that circles the valves.

Not saying it couldn't be done, but a valve with a smaller bore would offer a much easier placement task.
