I agree with Klaus, find a spot in the tube (after the main tuning slide) that matches the bore of the valve and is a relatively straight section of pipe. Cut the new 5th rotary valve into that section (if it exists) and fashion a linkage to operate the valve. If you can do all that, you might be pleased with the result. I would advise you to do the process such that it is reversible, should the added valve create problems for the horn or otherwise ruin it. I've added valves to horns before and the results were always good but I've never done one located after the main slide. That's because mine have all been added to rotary horns. Good luck!
