When I fly with my Rudy, I use my Anvil trunk. This basically guarantees the horn will arrive in the same condition as when I left. These cases are big, heavy, and hard to cart around so don't plan on using this case everyday. But for the occasional airplane flight, the Anvil excels in protection which is what I'm most interested in for my tuba.
