The series called "The Orchestral Tubists Repertoire" by Abe Torchinsky is a set of books, arranged by composer, that has complete parts to major orchestral works. As an added benefit, Abe discusses each work at length giving pointers about performing the works and also points out any misprints, differences between versions, etc.

In my opinion, these books should be in the library of every tubist aspiring to an orchestral position. Just having these complete parts would be great enough but then to get the benefit of Abe's 25 years in the Philadelphia Orchestra makes them priceless. As a whole, this set is EXPENSIVE but worth every penny.

My opinion for what its worth...
