If this horn really is that great I would take it to a guy with a solid understanding of some of the potential acoustic changes these cuts might make to the horn and that would be knowledgable enough to know exactly how much to cut and the wisest places to do it. While a lot of great technicians will have skills to do the physical part of the job I personally would be willing to put of the extra dosh to makes sure it was done the best way possible.

Two names that come to mind that I would be willing to trust are D. Kevin Powers at MMIS and Matt Walters at Dillon's.

Perhaps I'm just overly paranoid(entirely possible) and protective of my babies but those are the only two that I really feel comfortable letting near my horn with a hack saw or hammer. They won't steer you wrong.
