Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I believe that the Torchinsky edition devoted to Wagner contains the parts for the concert excerpts as programmed by orchestras, not the complete opera parts. The Torchinsky volume is extremely useful for working up obvious audition pieces, and upcoming concert programs. But if you want or need to delve into any of the complete parts as played in the opera house, Wagner is in the public domain, and you can buy them. Try Kalmus.
