WW&BW carries a mouthpiece pouch made be Kiwi that might do the trick. They are nicely padded, have a velcro closure and are square (rather the triangular) shaped. They are sold as tuba mouthpiece pouches, but are also sold as saxophone mouthpiece pouches (what they are really designed for anyway). The one for tubas is for an alto sax m.p., and if its not big enough, the one for a tenor or bari sax might work. Hope that this helps.
