I agree...Karl Hammond made me a Schilke Helleberg II rim with Elliott threads to use on Elliott cups and shanks.
The work didn't take long and is of the highest quality.
I hightly recommend dealing with Karl if you really want something custom.
Heck, he'd even make you a one-off "Schilke: Ralph" if that's what you wanted.
