Greetings all!
Oystein Baadsvik, Norwegian tuba soloist extraordinaire, will be performing a recital at UNC Greensboro, (Greensboro NC) on Sunday afternoon, November 16th at 3:30 pm. The recital will take place in the School of Music Recital Hall on the UNCG campus (there's a link to directions below) Tickets are required, and the ticket office opens up about an hour ahead of concert time.
On Monday the 17th, he will be presenting a 2 hour masterclass dealing with a variety of issues. The class will take place from 9-11 am in Room 110 of the UNCG Music Building. There will be a break around 9:50 or so for about 10 minutes while university classes change.
The class is free and open to the public.
